Thank you for shopping with Bark Baby Bark! We want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes these things just don't work out. So we gladly accept refunds and exchanges. To help with this process, we have spelled out everything you need to know. See below and happy shopping! 

Return & Exchange Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items that were purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This information will be included in the original package you received. 

Shipping back your merchandise:
To return or exchange your product you will need to mail it back to Bark Baby Bark, 400 Chambers ST, Suite #6L, New York, New York, 10282. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned/exchanged item(s). 

Refunds:
Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned/exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. *Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund* 

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company or bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@barkbabybark.com. 

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged.
